| Accomodating your log home needs: Which package is best for you? | |||||
| Whether you want us to build your new log home completely or you serve as your own general contractor, we can make the process a successful and rewarding experience. Wisconsin River Log Homes will assist you in one of four ways: | |||||
| 1. Supply Only - You manage the construction | |||||
| We will sell and deliver the Strongwood package of log walls and any other components you desire, and provide you or your framing contractor technical on-site assistance in setting the walls. There are many sizes, profiles, and corner styles to choose from. | |||||
| 2. Set - We get you started | |||||
| We will erect the walls and leave the balance of enclosing the home to your framing contractor. | |||||
| 3. Frame - We leave the interior stuff for you | |||||
| We will completely enclose the shell of your home as your framing contractor, including installing the roof system, windows, doors, and interior studded walls. | |||||
| 4. Turnkey - We do it all | |||||
| We will act as your general contractor and handle all aspects of building you new log home, from start to finish, with a one-year builder's warranty on all labor and material. Under this program, any items of construction you wish to handle yourself, can be deleted from the work contract.
